Delivery

In-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm (UK time) on a working day are typically dispatched the same or next working day. Please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch.

The delivery times below start once your order has been dispatched and your tracking details have been sent. Dispatch time is additional to these delivery estimates.

• Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Free delivery on orders of £120 or more (otherwise £5.90).
• European deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
• Deliveries to the rest of the world typically arrive within 10–14 working days after dispatch.

International delivery is available to many countries worldwide.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Disruption within postal or courier networks can occasionally cause delays beyond these timeframes. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact our team and we will help you check its progress.

Returns & Refunds

Please check your order promptly after delivery. If you decide an item is not suitable, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by WhatsApp, so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Please send your return back without unnecessary delay. Returning items promptly helps us process your refund sooner and make the items available to other customers.

For eligible online purchases covered by UK cancellation rights, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods. These 14 days are counted from the day after delivery. Send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after telling us you are cancelling.

Please keep proof of posting. Your return must be sent within the applicable return period; it does not have to reach us within that period.

You may try on clothing to check its fit and appearance, as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of anything you may wish to return. Keep tags attached and retain the original packaging wherever possible. When returning a set, include all its components and accessories, such as belts or matching pieces.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of sending the items back.

If you received a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item, please contact us for assistance. Where you are legally entitled to return it for that reason, we will cover the reasonable return postage costs.

We do not offer exchanges for a different size, colour, style or another product. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and arrange the return of your original item under this policy. Your new order and the refund for your returned item are handled separately.

This does not affect any statutory right to a repair or replacement where goods are faulty or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

We normally inspect returned items and process eligible refunds on the same day the parcel is delivered back to us. This describes our normal practice rather than a guaranteed processing time. If further checks are necessary, processing may take longer, subject to the applicable legal refund deadlines. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. Once we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the money in your account.

For statutory cancellations, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where we have agreed to collect the goods, the statutory refund deadline is generally 14 days after you notify us of cancellation.

If you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered for that order.

A hygiene-related exclusion from change-of-mind returns applies only where an item genuinely qualifies for that legal exception. This means the item must be supplied sealed, be unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed after delivery. Any applicable restriction will be made clear before purchase.

Jewellery, hijabs and underscarves are not automatically excluded from returns simply because of their product category. Opening ordinary packaging is not, by itself, enough to make an item non-returnable on hygiene grounds. Any valid hygiene restriction does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
