We know how exciting it is to wait for your Amani's parcel. Here's how to follow your order every step of the way.

Tracking by Email

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. In-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm (UK time) on a working day are typically dispatched the same or next working day. Please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch.

Through Your Account

If you created an account at checkout, you can log in any time to view your order status under Orders.

Delivery Timescales

The delivery times below start once your order has been dispatched and your tracking details have been sent. Dispatch time is additional to these delivery estimates.

• Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• European deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
• Deliveries to the rest of the world typically arrive within 10–14 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Disruption within postal or courier networks can occasionally cause delays beyond these timeframes. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact our team and we will help you check its progress.
