Where We Ship

We deliver to many countries worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL and Royal Mail. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Delivery Times

In-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm (UK time) on a working day are typically dispatched the same or next working day. Please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch.

The delivery times below start once your order has been dispatched and your tracking details have been sent. Dispatch time is additional to these delivery estimates.

European deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries to the rest of the world typically arrive within 10–14 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

Deliveries are made on local business days, and timescales follow the operating hours of the local courier.

Delivery times are estimates. Disruption within postal or courier networks can occasionally cause delays beyond these timeframes. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact our team and we will help you check its progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, so you'll always see the cost before you pay.

Addresses & Delivery

Couriers generally cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so please provide a complete street address including postcode or zip code.
Make sure your address is accurate — we're unable to change it once your parcel has been dispatched.
Where possible, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel to avoid delays or disputes.

Customs, VAT & Import Duties

VAT, customs charges and import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not controlled by Amani's. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
