We want you to love every piece you order from Amani's. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make your return or exchange simple and stress-free.
Our 14-Day Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and any tags still attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@amanis.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Important Details
- Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- Where a belt or accessory is included with an item, it must be returned as part of the set.
- Return postage is arranged and paid by you. Please package items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method — often the same day your items are delivered back to us.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Hygiene Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to offer returns or refunds on jewellery and hijabs. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
