You need to sign into the account before you shop around or if you need to see or track your orders. If you get a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, follow the steps below:
- Be sure you are trying out the same email and password you registered with.
- If you cannot remember your password go through the ‘forgotten password’ link on the register page. You will be prompted to enter your email and we’ll send you a contact with a web link that will help you to create a fresh password for your account.
- In the event that you enter your email and/or password incorrectly 3 x, your account will be locked for thirty minutes.
- If next you still can’t register, contact our Customer Support Team giving just as much detail as you can about the problem you are having including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done up to now to attempt to resolve it.
