Your Qur'an Plan Is Behind. Open The Book Anyway.

You made a plan with good intentions. A certain number of pages each day. A khatm by a particular date. More reflection, less scrolling, and a Ramadan that would feel different because the Qur'an would be closer. Then life happened.

You missed a day, then another. Work ran late. Sleep changed. Children needed you. Concentration disappeared. The number of pages behind schedule became so large that opening the Qur'an started to feel like evidence of failure.

Do not turn a missed plan into a reason to miss the Book itself. The schedule was meant to serve your relationship with the Qur'an. It was never meant to become a wall of shame between you and the words you wanted to spend time with.

Open it today without trying to repair every missed day at once. Read one page slowly. Read half a page with attention. Listen while travelling if that is what your circumstances allow. Return to a surah you know. Put the phone away for ten minutes and let those minutes belong fully to recitation or reflection.

You do not need to catch up before you are allowed to reconnect. Discipline says, 'Return and keep going.' Shame says, 'You have already failed, so hiding is easier.' Choose the return. If the original target is no longer realistic, adjust it honestly. Allah knows the sincerity of the return, not the performance of an impressive plan.

The goal is not to finish Ramadan looking successful. The goal is to keep returning to the Qur'an with sincerity, attention and reverence.
