GUIDANCE AND DUA

A dua for when you need Allah to guide your decision

Some decisions do not feel small because they touch your future, your peace, your family, and the shape of your worship. You can list the pros, seek advice, and still feel your chest tighten because you are afraid of choosing wrongly.

If a choice is exhausting your mind, let it bring you back to Allah, not further into panic. Guidance is not only about getting the answer you prefer. Sometimes hidayah is being led toward what will soften your heart, protect your deen, and keep you near what is pleasing to your Lord.

Seeking counsel is wise, but no amount of overthinking can replace trust in the One who sees what you cannot. Ask, reflect, pray, and then leave room for Allah to guide you through ease, restraint, opened doors, or a settled heart.

A delayed answer does not always mean abandonment. Sometimes Allah is teaching you patience, purifying your intention, and showing you that certainty was never meant to be worshipped in His place.

Say: O Allah, Al Hadi, Guide of every wandering heart, if this path is good for my deen, my life, and my ending, open it for me with sakinah and clarity. If it will harm my heart, my worship, or my future, turn me away from it and turn it away from me. Place goodness where You know it to be, then make me content with Your decree. Let my istikhara, my dua, and my tawakkul be stronger than my fear. Ameen.
