THE EMAIL SAID NO. IT DID NOT DECIDE YOUR WORTH.

A rejection email can make five polite lines feel heavier than they should. You read "unfortunately" and suddenly remember every interview answer you wish you had phrased differently, every person you told, every hope you quietly attached to the opportunity.

The disappointment is real. But the email is information about one outcome, not a complete explanation of your value.

Do not turn rejection into a courtroom where you prosecute yourself. Review what is useful. Ask for feedback if it is appropriate. Improve the application, practise the skill, correct what genuinely needs correcting. Then stop inventing evidence against yourself that nobody gave you.

Tawakkul is not pretending you never wanted the opportunity. You can want something deeply, work hard for it, feel the loss, and still return the result to Allah.

Qadr does not excuse passivity either. A closed door can be followed by another application, a different route, more training, a conversation, or simply a period in which you keep showing up without knowing yet where it leads.

Be careful with comparison after rejection. Somebody else's announcement can make your own delay feel like humiliation. Their timeline is not a commentary on yours.

Protect your salah from becoming collateral damage because one plan failed. Bring the disappointment to Allah instead of withdrawing from Him.

You are not required to call the rejection "good" before you can move forward. You only need enough steadiness to take the next honest step without making this one answer your identity.

Let the email stay what it is: one answer, from one place, on one day.
